  1. Originally, Item 6 and Item 8 are negatively worded, all other items are coded as 1 = strongly agree, 4 = strongly disagree. In this study, we recoded these as 1 = strongly disagree, 4 = strongly agree. Due to the missing data, 18,880 and 17,420 observations were tested for students’ feeling about math and science teachers, respectively
