The effect of gender on responses was measured using a cumulative odds ordinal logistic regression with proportional odds. A significant difference in response based on gender was identified for statement 10 at T2 where the odds of boys identifying that what you eat mattered a lot was 0.4 times that of girls, p = 0.009
